Pierce, Dorothy Ellen July 27, 1919-January 28, 2011 Passed away peacefully at home with her family at her side on Friday evening, January 28, 2011.Dorothy Pierce (nee Farrell) of Pakenham at the age of 91 years. Beloved wife of the late Cyril Pierce. Dear mother of Sheryle (Dennis) Blackwood of Eagle Bay B.C. Predeceased by sons Donald and Edward. Mother in law of Sharon Pierce. Dear grandmother of Margaret, Arthur, Philip, Tom, Robbie, Terri Anne, Jonathan and Ashley. Great grandmother of Eddie, Jeff, Ashley, Mathew, Peter, Rebecca, Kevin, Cody, Shawn, Kevin, Shaun, Reece, Krysha, Ryan and Stephanie. Daughter of the late Thomas Farrell and Margaret Morrison. Arrangements by The Boyce Funeral Home, Chapel, Visitation and Reception Centre 138 Daniel St. N., Arnprior At Dorothy’s request there will be no visitations. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday February 2, 2011 at 11: a.m. in St Andrew’s United Church, Pakenham with Rev Debbie Roi officiating. Interment of cremated remains in Pakenham Union Cemetery at a later date. In memoriams to St Andrew’s United Church, Pakenham appreciated by her family. No flowers please.
