Passed away peacefully and with dignity at Miramichi Lodge, Pembroke surrounded by his loving family, in the arms of his Lord and Saviour.
Lifetime Member: Masonic Lodge, A.F. & A.M. #564 Ashlar Lodge Ottawa
Dearly beloved husband for 73 years to his wife, Lola Barrie (nee Halpenny) who will miss him forever
Predeceased by his mother Maggie and his brother Elmore
He lived his life with courage and conviction. He will be remembered and dearly missed by his children Shirley (LeSage (Edward) of Duncan B.C., Gayle Barks (Bob) of Deep River Ontario, grandchildren Stephen LeSage of Duncan B.C., Aundrea-Lynn LeSage of Ladner B.C., Travis Dodd and his wife Shelley of Chalk River Ontario, Tara Thompson and her husband John(nee Dodd) of Toronto Ontario
Step grandfather to Shannon Plourde and Tricia Hoeksema and her husband Lippe all of Winnipeg and Trevor Barks of Deep River Ontario
Great grandfather to Jared, Austin and Emma Plourde, Justin and Kirk Hoeksema and Cody Barks and by his many nephew and nieces
