Aleta passed away in Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital on Friday afternoon, March 27, 2009. Aleta Greene (nee McBride) of Arnprior in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Russell Greene (1987). Dear mother of Shirley (Gerald) Lalonde of Arnprior and Dale (Marlene) Greene of North Gower. Dear grandmother of Tracy Fata, Sean Lalonde, Susan Hale, Kelly Rintoul and Steven Greene. Great grandmother of Brady Lentz, Lucas Lalonde, Hilary Lalonde, Blaire Lentz, Anthony Fata, Julia Fata, Ryan Lalonde, Jorja Lalonde, Tye Rintoul, Cody Rintoul, Hannah Hale, Amy Greene and Jackson Greene. Predeceased by her brother James Jimmy McBride and sisters Lila Lavergne, infant Jean , Eunice Neil, Myrtle Greene and Phyllis Styles. Sister in law of Elizabeth Betty McBride.
Resting at The Boyce Funeral Home Ltd Chapel,
Visitation and Reception Centre 138 Daniel Street N. Arnprior
Friends may pay their respects on Wednesday 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held in The Boyce Chapel on Thursday April 2, 2009 at 11: am with Rev Bruce Ferguson officiating. Spring interment at St Marks Anglican Cemetery, Pakenham. In memoriams to Arnprior Hospital Partners in Caring appreciated by her family.
