Peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Thursday October 8, 2009 at the age of 97 years. She is now with her sweetheart, the late Lindsay Munro (1987) and her son Gordon (1981). Also predeceased by her siblings. She is sadly missed by her children Shirley (Nick Hengelmann) and Colleen (Paul DiMora) all of Fort Erie. Dear grandmother of Sheila, Deborah, Christopher and Laura. Great grand mother of Rochelle and Justine and great great grandmother of Damien and Hayden. Also survived by a sister Margaret Dupres of Florida.
A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday October 13, 2009 at 9: 30 a.m. in St Michaels Roman Catholic Church in Fitzroy Harbour, Ontario.
Rite of committal to follow in Whytes Cemetery, Fitzroy Harbour.
Memorial donations may be made to the Gilmore Lodge Auxiliary.
