Jim passed away in the Queensway Carleton Hospital, Ottawa, Ontario on Monday morning, January 18, 2010. Jim Swalm of Ottawa (West End Villa Retirement Home) in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Maud-Mary (Currie) Swalm. Dear father of James (Rena) Swalm of Arnprior. Dear grandfather of Matthew Swalm of Ottawa. Predeceased by his sister, Marion.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday February 4, 2010 at 10: 30 a.m. at Jims late residence, West End Villa, 2179 Elmira Drive, Ottawa, Ontario.
