Passed away in The Grove Nursing Home, Arnprior on Monday evening. Mabel Brooker (nee Dean) of Arnprior in her 80th year. Beloved wife of the late Allan Brooker (2009). Dear mother of Gilbert of Ottawa, Ronald of Ottawa, Dorothy (Robert) Hawkins of Englehart, Christine of Arnprior, Barclay (Peggy) of Whitby and Gregory of Arnprior. Survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Dear sister of May LeLheux of Burry P.Q. Predeceased by brothers Bill (late Doris), George, Tom, Earl and sisters Ellen, Jane, Grace and Mary. Sister in law of Nettie Dean. Daughter of the late Noble Dean and May Gray.
Visitations at The Boyce Funeral Home Ltd Chapel, Visitation and Reception Centre
138 Daniel Street N. Arnprior
where friends may pay their respects on
Friday 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 pm and after 10: am Saturday.
Funeral service will be conducted in The Boyce Chapel Saturday January 8, 2011 at 11: am with Canon Roger Young officiating.
Interment Sand Point Public Cemetery.
In memoriams to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, The Grove Nursing Home or the Alzheimers Society would be appreciated.
