At the age of 88, Phyllis passed at Hospice Renfrew, after a courageous battle with cancer. Dear mother of Larry. Daughter of the late Stanley and Gertrude Levy. Much loved sister of Vera Watson and Douglas Levy and the late Ronald Levy, Eileen Sheppard, Edgar Levy, Doris Cutry, Stanley Levy, Grace Mclennan, Dorothy Levy, Jack Levy, Kenneth Levy and Robert Levy. Survived by many nieces and nephews.

Chapel, Visitation and Reception Centre
138 Daniel Street N. Arnprior
where friends and family may pay their respects on Saturday July 13, 2013 from 12 noon until the time of service at 2:00 p.m.
Interment Arnprior Malloch Road Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
