Obituary of Joan Elizabeth Brown

Brown, Joan Elizabeth (nee Connor) April 16, 1937-November 29, 2014 Graduate of the Registered Nursing Program at The Ottawa Civic Hospital in 1959, Renfrew County and District Health Nurse (retired 1993), Arnprior Seniors at Home board member, Member of Eastern Star, Member of the Women’s Institute, Member of  The Red Hat Society, craft person extraordinaire, and avid bowler.   Passed away at Heritage House in Stettler, Alberta on Saturday, November 29th, 2014 in her 78th year.  Predeceased by her beloved husband Gordon Andrew (2006).  Dear mother of Stuart of Hanna, Alberta, Douglas (Anna-Marie) of Forestburg, Alberta and Laurel of Ottawa, Ontario.   Loving grandmother of James, Callum, Terrence, and Raelynn in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, and Connor, Sarra, Morgan and Duncan of Forestburg, Alberta.  Great grandmother to Ayden in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.  Treasured sister of Kathleen (Brian) Irvine of Ottawa, Ontario and James Connor of Vancouver, British Columbia.   Due to circumstances, services will not be held until June, 2015.
