Passed away suddenly at the Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital in the early hours of Friday November 11, 2016. June Otrok of Arnprior in her 69th year. Beloved daughter of Mildred Veitch of the Arnprior Villa and the late Alvin Veitch. Predeceased by her husband Bill Otrok. Dear mother of Ken McKenzie (Christine) of Windsor, ON. Loving grandmother of Sean, Ashley and Nick. Dear sister of Leonard Veitch (Carla) of Gravenhurst, ON and Marilyn (Alex) Pasche of Pine Grove. June will also be missed by her nieces and nephews. June had many friends in Arnprior and was known for her friendly face. She was always happy to stop and chat with everyone she met and was known to be seen around town with her furry companion friend, Micky. A special thank you to the Grove Nursing Home and Dr. McCarthy for the excellent, compassionate care of June. Arrangements by the Boyce Funeral Home, 138 Daniel Street N., Arnprior. A Memorial Service will take place at the Bethel Gospel Hall, 228 William Street, Saturday December 3, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. In Memoriams to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by her family.
