Obituary of Hubert Craig

(Retired-Electrician)

Peacefully, at the Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital with loved ones by his side Monday August 5^th, 2019; Hubert Irvin Craig of Arnprior passed away at the age of 80 years. Beloved husband for 59 years of Margaret Ann Craig (Bellman). Much loved father of Kenneth Craig, Kimberly Blimkie and Penny (Brent) McLean.  Predeceased by son Brian Craig. (2010).   Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Russel, Jacob, Brittni, Josh, and Craig and his 3 great-grandchildren.  Dear brother of Wayne Craig, Leslie Craig, Doreen Proulx, Zelma Renaud, Darlene Foster and Joan Craig.  Also, predeceased by brother Delmer Craig and sister Donna Lapierre. Hubert was born in Bristol Mines, Quebec and was the son of the late Benjamin and Edith (Miller) Craig.   Hubert’s arrangements are entrusted to the Boyce Funeral Home Ltd., 138 Daniel Street North, Arnprior.  Private family interment will take place at Norway Bay United Cemetery at a later date. In Hubert’s memory, a donation to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute or Diabetes Canada would be appreciated.
