Obituary of Catherine Ginsberg

(nee Godby) Catherine “Cathie” Ginsberg, previously Andrews, died peacefully due to complications arising from a lung infection, at the Ottawa General Hospital on Sunday March 8th, 2020. She is predeceased by her father Bert and her brother Robert. She will be missed by her husband Graham, her mother Cathy, her extended family, especially her children Jim Andrews (Cathy) and Susan Elliott (Kyle) and her 13 joint grandchildren; Justin, Cammy, Casey, Nolan, Erin, Evan, Corey, Alissa, Kira, Quinn, Eliana, Rowan and Siena. Catherine had a long and successful career as an educator, first with primary school and later as an adult educator, working for the Ontario Nurses Association and later as a consultant providing both courses and training in the soft management skills. Arrangements by the Boyce Funeral Home Ltd., 138 Daniel Street North, Arnprior. In keeping with her wishes there will be no funeral, but a celebration of life will be held on Saturday March 14th in the Main Hall of the Constance Bay Community Centre (Northwind Wireless Centre), 262 Len Purcell Drive from 2 pm to 4 pm. In memory of Cathie, a donation can be made to a charity of your choice.
