The Kelly family are saddened to announce Heather’s passing at home on Wednesday June 17, 2020 at the age of 66. Beloved wife of Murray Kelly. She will be missed by her two sons Clarke (Mary) and Michael, brother Bill Dickson (Chris) and nieces and nephews. Born in Truro, N.S. to parents Martin Dickson and May Hall. Predeceased by sister Norma Totten. The family wish to have a celebration of life at a later date when the current restrictions are lifted. In memory of Heather, a donation can be made to the Arnprior and District Humane Society.
