I thank God that He planned for the life and ministry of Aunt Eva. Her life exemplified a true Christian, loving, kind, thoughtful person. It was always a joy to be in her presence. It was a joy to be welcomed to her and her family's home, after a long drive through a blizzard from South Dakota to Wishek, ND. The thanksgiving dinner was delicious. Our visits to her home in Columbus, NE; to the cabin on the Ottawa River, to her home in Arnprior, to her home in Norridge, IL, where she served with Uncle Carl in the chaplaincy ministry at Central Baptist Village, all of these and so many more precious times together. She said when she and Uncle Carl left their first churches in Killaloe to serve churches in the USA, that she determined wherever they were called to serve, she determined she would be happy. This was evidenced in her life. I am thankful for the birthday and Christmas cards and notes and for her happy, positive visits on the phone.
May you experience God's comfort and love as a family. Thank you for the beautiful familhy she and Uncle Carl brought iinto this worlld. Love you, Barbara

Aunt Eva was a very special and powerful presence in my life, growing up to senior years. She and Uncle Carl. along with all the Weisser brothers and sisters + family, were a natural and frequent part of conversation at the dining room table. Wonderful sharings of the storied Weisser past and present.Throughout all the years (into my dotage!) Aunt Eva was a faithful presence as she sent letters and cards on special days, as well as notes to just have a visit (enhanced by her beautiful hand-writing!). Her faithful prayers and encouragement were cherished through the years of my ministry. God be praised for the gift of her life and for the Gospel message that lived inside her and that was made alive to all those honored to know her. I send my love and share the celebration of life with Gary, Noreen and Noland and all their family..

To The Weiser Family:
As I reflect back on the years as a teenager attending First Baptist Church, I think of Eva and her dedication to our church family. She always approached me with her beautiful smile, a twinkle in her eyes and soft caring words. Her unwavering faith was a true testament to all who had the privilege of knowing her.

My sincere condolences to Eva's family. I met her while I was attending First Baptist Church as a teenager (I now live in Calgary). She was always so kind to everyone she met and emanated the kind of love and acceptance anyone would hope to find at church. She did, indeed, touch many lives in her time on earth.

Thinking of Eva gives me a smile. She was a caring, loving person whose life exemplified her Christian beliefs. I will always remember the many times visiting her family. As children, Noreen was my closest friend for many years. What a blessing for her life to have been lived for 100 years. I'm sure my parents are welcoming her to heaven!

Eva was an exceptional woman and I loved her like crazy. She took a shining to me at FBC when I was in high school and loved me unconditionally and was always thrilled to see me when I was around.
The world has lost an incredible woman but I am grateful she is with her creator and signing with the angels.
