Dear Orville, Linda & Family, We were sorry to read of Effie's passing. We met your family 40+ years ago when we moved to Arnprior and they were so kind to us as a young couple new to town. Effie had such a soft spoken demeanor and always had a smile on her face. Please accept our heartfelt condolences as you once again mourn the loss of a loved one.
