Obituary of Christine Tremblay

February 16, 1954-January 5, 2021 (Waitress-Steve & Denni's Restaurant, Arnprior) It is with heavy hearts the family announces the unexpected passing of Christine Tremblay (Smug), Tuesday evening, January 5, 2021 at the Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital at the age of 66. Proud and devoted mother of Christal Tremblay (Joey Levac) and Christopher Tremblay. Beloved wife of Alain Tremblay. Dear sister of Henry Smug of Alliston, and Stanley Smug (Vicky) of Alliston. Dear aunt of Barry and Kevin Smug of Alliston. Daughter of the late Joseph Smug and Helena Smug (Ratajczak). She will be deeply missed by her children, her family, her fur babies and many friends. Christine’s arrangements have been entrusted to the Boyce Funeral Home Ltd., 138 Daniel Street North, Arnprior where private family visitation will take place. Private Family Liturgy of the Word Service will be held Wednesday January 13, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the Boyce Chapel. Interment St. Paul's Cemetery, Alliston, Ontario at a later date. In memory of Christine, a donation may be made to the Pathways Alcohol and Drug Treatment Services or to the Arnprior and District Humane Society.
