Obituary of James Halifax

January 16, 1995 - June 2, 2021 With profound sadness we announce that James passed away unexpectedly at home in Ottawa, Wednesday June 2, 2021 at the age of 26. Cherished son of Kimberley Halifax of Arnprior. Dearly loved brother to Jacob, Adam, Hunter, Logan and Abby. Proud father to Charlotte and Fox. Adored grandson of Linda Mooney of Renfrew; precious nephew of Kish (Peter). Predeceased by his grandfather Richard Halifax (2010) and aunt Laura (2015). James was a special young man; he had the biggest smile that could always light up the room. He had a heart of gold that forgave so easily to so many and never held a grudge. James suffered and lost the battle of his addictions he fought so hard to overcome. James’ arrangements have been entrusted to the Boyce Funeral Home Ltd., 138 Daniel Street North, Arnprior where private family visitation and service will be held. In memory of James a donation may be made to Pathways Alcohol and Drug Treatment Services. I will always hold you in my heart and soul. Till I hold you again in heaven my boy. I love you my son, Mom.
