Obituary of Linda Tourangeau

(nee Dawson) (Retired-Renfrew County Bus Lines) It is with sadness that Linda’s family announce her peaceful passing at the Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital on Thursday afternoon, May 19th, 2022 at the age of 74. Beloved wife of 46 years to Gary Tourangeau and proud mother of Ashley Defino (Brandyn). Cherished Gramma of Willow and Lincoln. Dear sister of Edith Hall (late Harry) of Brighton and Brenda Jensen (Finn) of Cobourg. Missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sister Marilyn Lindsay (late Jim) and brothers George Dawson (late Josephine) and Billy Dawson. Daughter of the late William and Evelyn (Graham) Dawson. Special thank you to Linda’s niece Brenda Martorino (Ron) of Cornwall for the loving care, guidance and friendship offered to Linda, Gary and Ashley throughout the years. Linda had a great love for elephants, her favourite colour was blue and no matter where she was going, she always had to have her purse. Her endearing ways will be missed by many. Linda’s arrangements have been entrusted to the Boyce Funeral Home Ltd., 138 Daniel Street North where visitation will be held Sunday May 22, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. in the Boyce Chapel. Reception to follow in the Boyce Reception Centre. Cremation to follow. Donations in memory of Linda may be made to a charity of your choice.
