Lynda, Brian, Kelly, Mark and families, sending my thoughts and prayers your way as you prepare for your Mom's 'Celebration of Life' and what a Celebration it was!
I had the opportunity to meet your Mom when I was working at Seniors at Home and it wasn't long before we became friends. This friendship was sealed when she found out my partner, Ron, was from Newfoundland as Newfoundland was a big part of her life before settling in Arnprior. Plenty of visits were filled with stories about her husband, family and life on the Rock. After visiting or chatting on the phone she always ended with "Say Hi to Ron".
I had the fun of assisting her with plans, which became a annual event, 'Reindeer Food' as a fundraiser for Seniors at Home. She put so much time and effort into this, all of which showed her generous and caring nature.
Her love of life and family was infectious. That Love, with so many memories, is now your comfort in the days and years to come.
Oh those jokes!
Love Ya Gwenn with "Two N's"
xoxo

Gwen was like a second mom to me. She always came into my store, brought me a coffee, had a wee chat, and she always had a joke for me. She brightened my days. We also adopted her cat “Lucky,” he’s living his best life on the farm. The cat and i will miss her very much (even her cheesy jokes!)
Sending love,
Peter (Peter’s Computer Solutions)

I met Mrs. B. many years ago in Blackburn Hamlet when I spent time with her son Brian and the family. Very nurturing family, I realized Gwen had plenty of jokes and was always interested in what I had to say. I bonded with Mrs. B. over the years and heard a lot of amazing stories. I went to Arnprior to visit with my sister Diane and spent the night with Gwen where we would have a glass of wine and laugh throughout the evening. I will miss her so much and was blessed to have known Mrs. B. Rest now Gwen, you have done it all. With great love, we will miss you.

Our deepest condolences to all of Gwenn’s family & friends. We were lucky enough to call Gwenn our neighbour & things just won’t be the same without her wit & jokes she had to share. She loved our animals as if they were her own & we will forever cherish the moments we had to share with her. May her sweet soul Rest In Peace. My thoughts and prayers are with all who had the pleasure of knowing her. She will be greatly missed.
Lots of love,
Lindsey, Kasey, & fur babies (Tucker & Ollie). xox

I feel blessed to have known Mrs. B. Her dry sense of humour and sly wit always kept me on my toes. And her kindness made the world a better place.
Whether we were debating politics or telling raunchy jokes, time spent together was always so easy.
My condolences go out to all who knew her. She was an amazing human being and I will miss her very much.
