Obituary of Lena Dedo

(nee Larocque) March 26, 1929 - June 29, 2022 Wife to the late Lawrence Dedo. Lena Helena Dedo (Larocque) passed away peacefully at home on her family farm on Wednesday June 29, 2022 at the age of 93 surrounded by her loving family. Mother to Lynn Hunt, Marsha (Mark) MacGowan, Christine (Randy) Toll, Barbara Forrest (Mike Lowe), Peter Hamilton (Kelly Utronki) and Shawn Hamilton (Lisa Stufko). Loving Grandmother to: Jodie Barr, Stephanie Giles, Jennifer Hunt, Sean Hunt, Curtis Forrest, Gilienne Forrest, Amanda Yakabuski, and Roman Stufko. Proud Great-Grandmother to: Keischia Barr, Peyton Greening, Jake Greening, Ava Hunt, Noah Hunt, Jonah Hunt, Leland Hunt, Elayna Giles, Aubrey Giles, Brantley Forrest, Levi Forrest and Reya Forrest. Lena was predeceased by her 2 sisters, Ella Fournier and Martha McInnes. Daughter of the late Willard and Laura (McMillan) Larocque. Visitation will be held at the Boyce Funeral Home Ltd., 138 Daniel Street North, Arnprior Wednesday July 6, 2022 from 11:00 a.m.-12:45 p.m. Funeral Service will be conducted in the Boyce Chapel at 1:00 p.m. Rev. Dr. Leo Hughes officiating. Luncheon to follow in the Boyce Reception Centre. Interment Goshen Road Cemetery. Donations in memory of Lena may be made to Hospice Renfrew.
