Obituary of Gary Whitehead

February 2nd, 1948- July 1st, 2022 (Retired-Statistics Canada-33 years) With heavy hearts we announce that Gary passed away peacefully at Forest Hill Retirement Residence in Kanata Friday July 1st, 2022 at the age of 74. Gary was born in Braeside, Ontario to his late parents Bob Whitehead (Marlene) and Thelma “Daisy” Moore. Devoted father of Kerri Anne Whitehead (Jude Donovan) and Cynthia Janet Whitehead. Cherished grandfather of Hazel, Blaze, Dean and Bentley. Dear brother of Robert Whitehead of Nepean and loving uncle to Emily Whitehead. Predeceased by brother Jamie Whitehead (April 11, 2021) and uncle George Moore (1988). Gary was a passionate coin collector and was a regular member of the the Ottawa RA Centre Coin Venues. Visitation will be held at the Boyce Funeral Home Ltd., 138 Daniel Street North, Arnprior Friday July 8th, 2022 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Arnprior Albert Street Cemetery.
