Obituary of Barbara Boese

April 20, 1954 – August 13, 2022 We are saddened to announce that Barbara passed away Saturday August 13, 2022 in Fort Coulonge, Quebec doing what she loved best, spending time on the water enjoying the sunshine. Barbara Ellen Boese of Arnprior, Ontario at the age of 68. Daughter of the late John and Charlotte Stewart. Beloved wife of the late Leonard Boese (September 27, 2020). Proud mother of Alex Watson of Renfrew and James Watson of Ottawa. Cherished grandmother of Mallory. Dear sister of David Stewart of Nova Scotia and Debbie Wilson of Pembroke. Dear daughter-in-law of Estelle Boese (late Melvin). Barbara will be dearly missed by her nieces and nephews, many close friends, friends and neighbours from the apartment building and all who had the chance to have known her. Barbara will be remembered for her vibrant zest for life and her ability to always have time to give of herself to others. Barbara’s arrangements have been entrusted to the Boyce Funeral Home Ltd., 138 Daniel Street North, Arnprior where visitation will be held Friday August 26, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. in the Boyce Chapel. Interment at Arnprior Albert Street Cemetery. In memory of Barbara a donation may be made to the Arnprior Humane Society.
