Obituary of Thomas "Tommy" Hartwick

April 16, 1954 – November 16, 2022 Tommy passed away peacefully Wednesday evening, November 16, 2022 at the Ottawa General Hospital with loved ones by his side. Predeceased by his beloved parents, Desmond and Shirley (nee Delaney), his daughter Lisa, and his brothers Jamie and Donny. He will be sadly missed by his siblings Peter (Brenda), Valerie (late Steve Stott), Susan, Janice (Gary Fraser), Kevin (Terry), Nancy (Don Johnston) and Ric, his two grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. The family would like to extend their thanks to all the medical staff and support workers that provided care to Tommy over the years. A special thank you to the Nephrology Unit and the ICU team at the Ottawa General Hospital for their care and compassion during Tommy’s final days. Tommy’s arrangements are entrusted to the Boyce Funeral Home Ltd., 138 Daniel Street North, Arnprior. As per Tommy’s wishes, there will be no visitation. A graveside service will be held Monday, November 28th at 11:00 a.m. at Arnprior Malloch Road Cemetery.
