I did not know Grace as an Arnprior girl or Welland nurse, but as a favourite Aunt. She introduced me to new things: driving a stick shift Subaru and exotic islands to the South. She was always at family gatherings, whether working Earlies or Lates, to be the photographer with her Polaroid instamatic camera. I will treasure the memories of shared birthday parties over the years. She encouraged me to live life to the fullest every day.
