Obituary of Morris James

With heavy hearts the family announces that Morris passed away at the Arnprior and District Hospital Thursday evening, June 15, 2023 at the age of 94. Beloved husband of the late Lois James (nee Kinghan). Proud father of Steven James (Bonnie) and Beth Melanson (Barry). Much loved grandfather of Mitch (Teressa), Matt and Brittany and great-grandfather of Sawyer and Abby. Dear brother of Eileen Slater (late Don) and Irene Beckett (late Ed). Predeceased by brothers Willis James (late Shirley) and Jimmy James (late Brenda-Lee) and sister Marjorie Millar (late Blake). Missed by many nieces and nephews. Morris was the son of the late Gordon and Mildred (Royce) James. Morris’ arrangements have been entrusted to the Boyce Funeral Home Ltd., 138 Daniel Street North, Arnprior where a private service will be held Thursday June 22, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. The service will be held via Live Webcast and can be found to the left side of this page under the donations tab.
