We were both so sorry to hear about your mom. She was taken far too soon. Christine and Mike, she brought you into this world to continue her loving legacy. Please give our best to your dad. Sending our condolences and much love. Monique and Brian

Monique, my sister, at about one to two years old at 67 Glengarry Rd at the Old Ottawa East district, off Main street. The first photo is with her proud dad hugging his daughter, and the second photo is outside of our house in the winter with Monique giving her doll a sleigh ride, and it seems the doll fell off. The third photo as taken during Christmas time in a family setting, but clearly shows Monique at top left surrounded by her dolls and next to a blackboard, me as a blur in the front centre from rocking, and dad's legs in the rocking chair to the right. The fourth photo is both of us as we growing older, and the last photo is Monique on the phone at about 25 years old and a Mom to both Mike and Christine.
These pictures give me very fond childhood memories of my sister and happy times. I have good memories of many road trips
with our parents and aunt and Monique and I always wanted our parents to make sure that our stops be at an accommodation
with a pool for swimming, which we really enjoyed. Another sweet memory was riding in a rented station wagon with the back
seat facing the back, and no seat belt. We witnessed many changes throughout our lives.
I will miss you Monique, miss our conversation and our shared memories and happy times.

Although I didn't know her well I will always remember her love of dogs. She was a kind and caring person. Deepest condolences.

As her only daughter, Christine, I have a lifetime of memories. But what I cherish the most was her constant devotion to our family. In our early years all I remember is that she was there for my brother and I, everyday. We were her world right to the end. The love my mother has for my dad is the love that will exist to eternity. I loved my mother deeply and I will always miss her. Mommie, you are now with God and Jesus, where you can fully enjoy peace. Until we meet again, your loving daughter, forevermore ❤️
