Obituary of Gary Tourangeau

October 6, 1956 – March 4, 2024

With heavy hearts we announce that Gary Harold Tourangeau of Arnprior, Ontario passed away unexpectedly yet peacefully at home on Monday March 4, 2024. Beloved husband of the late Linda Tourangeau (May 19, 2022). Proud and loving father of Ashley Defino (Brandyn). Cherished grandfather of Willow and Lincoln. Dear brother of Rick (Nancy), Guy (Kim), Donald (Arlene) and Tammy Tourangeau-Gardiner (Gary). Son of the late Harold and Gladys (Liscumb) Tourangeau. In his professional life, Gary served as a crane operator for Sandvik and dedicated numerous years as a crossing guard. His passion for the Montreal Canadiens was unwavering and brought him immense joy. Gary’s arrangements have been entrusted to the Boyce Funeral Home Ltd., 138 Daniel Street N., Arnprior where a visitation will be held to celebrate Gary's life Monday March 11, 2024 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. In keeping with Gary's laid-back spirit, instead of flowers, we encourage you to spread some kindness to those in need in his memory. For those wishing, a donation may be made to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute.
