Such sad news to hear.
Wendy was my Mom's roommate when she entered ACH in 2019. Mom, being non-verbal and immobile with dementia, Wendy was her angel; the voice for Mom that she didn't have.
If Wendy thought Mom was hurting or needed something, she would ring the bell for her because Mom couldn't do it for herself.
After moving into the new building, we made a point of going to talk to Wendy any time we could. She was always so sweet.
Wendy will be greatly missed by my family. She was a beacon of light for us with Mom; watching out for her.
